On-line service: To solve customers problem through phone.
On-site service: If customers encounter technical problems or product quality problems during application, the Service Department will send service engineer to guide and provide service on site.
Consignment service: We consign dealers to provide service for products sold by them. For products sold to remote areas by direct channel, we will consign the dealer nearby to provide service.
